Maybe you can give me my answer. I imported a file from Swift 3D, published, F12 to view, and then went control enter to view the size. After almost choking when I saw the size it added to my SWF (255K for a 7 letter word, spinning) I decided immediatley that was intolerable to my movie size requirements, and deleted the entire Swift 3D animation from my Movie. Took it out of the frames, the library, every place imaginable. And I was floored to find what it did to my Fla. It ruined it. My Fla went from 605K to 8.9 MEG. For all the various purposes of how I use an Fla, it is ruined. The ghost of that Swift 3D stays with my Fla even today. Like a cancer, cannot get rid of it. Can you tell me how to get it out so I can restore my Fla?

The indian consulate needs a proof of address for me and my wife
We sent them the Property tax bill and hoped that it would work but get this mail from travisa

Photocopy of state issued ID (Driver License or ID), or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) or a copy of a lease containing both the landlord and tenant signatures must be submitted. The following items are not accepted: cell phone bill, credit card statement or bank statement. The address cannot include a P.O. box. For minors, a parent or guardian proof of address from both parents may be submitted instead. You can fax the proof of address to Fax: (415) 644-0158. In addition, you also have the option of mailing a paper copy to the address below.
Now why does not a property tax not work ? it is issues by the county.
We do not have the current address on my wife's driver's license and her name is not there on the PGandE bill

As per Lawyer need to file for amendment before EAD expires. Need I-20 from Kaplan and another application fee ($190) + PP fee($1,000). :( But at least H1 is approved :)
New I-20 must be valid till Sept 30th and must start either before EAD expires or within grace period (EAD expiration date + 60 days)

If the Labor mentioned as a job location in NY...after we get the EAD..we cant move to Florida and work there..?

I was referring to current job location BEFORE filing for I-485 application. A person can be out of H1 status if he/she is working on a location that is different from mentioned in the H1 LCA. This is something not many people are aware of.

There is ATA (American Telugu Association) too and they have a convention in New Jersey this weekend.
ATA and TANA are big orgs but most of them are ABCD and USA citizens and I aam not sure to what extent we can get help from them.
The key to our solutions lies in us. Ours is a big community, but a very few people spend time and money and energy on working towards our goals and always want others to fix our issues
Most of the members even don't care about us. All are well settled citizens. One more thing, there is lot of group politics in those organizations. This also needs to be taken into account...

My educational background is Bachelor of Engginerring in Computer science.
I came to United states in December 2006. when i came i was having six years of experience.
My employer applied for my Labor in 2nd week of August 2008. After 2 weeks my attorney asked for a self affidavit having details about my work experience from 2001 till 2006 and also he gave me a format.
I prepared one affidavit for one employer ( totaly five affidavit for five employers between 2001 to 2006 ). I was team member in First and second Employer, i was a Team Lead in third employer, I was a Project Leader in Fourth and Fifth employer.
When i prepared the self affidavit i made a mistake, I gave the correct dates, correct designation ( Which is in my offer and reliving letter ) but i kept same responsiblities for all employers.
I didnot get any issues in my Labor. My Labor got approved in March 2009. Now my employer filed I - 140 in the end of september. Two days back he said that there is a RFE regarding my I - 140 case. THe RFE contains the Below Details.
"SINCE THE EVIDENCE INDICATES THAT THE BENEFICIARY DOES NOT HOLD AN ADVANCED DEGREE, IT MUST ESTABLISH THAT HIS POST-BACCALAUREATE EXPERIENCE WAS PROGRESSIVE. HOWEVER, HIS SWORN AFFIDAVITS INDICATES THAT WHILE HIS JOB TITLES CHANGED, HIS DUTIES IN 2006 WERE STILL THE SAME AS THEY WERE IN 2001 FOR EMPLOYER 2. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW HIS EXPERIENCE WAS PROGRESSIVE"
I explained the suitation to my employer but he is saying there is only 50:50 chance for I-140 to get approved.
What will happen now ?
What type of document i should provide to USCIS for this query?
Will my I - 140 get approved ?

I doubt we can threaten to get sanctions passed on Exceed .. i dont think we have the political clout for that. All we can do for now is plead, reason and educate senators of the unfair treatment we get from the broken immigration system. If our membership keeps growing to a point where we represent most of the affected legal immigrants at the mercy of USCIS (close to half a million), then its a different story, not to mention if we had the numbers and political clout of the illegals. Just my opinion.
You see to carry out negative publicity of Exceed corporation we donot need to represent the whole immigrant group...We are publicizing well known facts and create headache for Exceed...so that they speed the work up...The only incentive they can have at this point is possibility of more work...And that is where our points would really get across..We donot even have to go talk to any senators...The implicit danger of negative publicity for Exceed is our weapon..!!!!

You need to file tranfer papers anyway when you move. That means you have new H1B approval, and thus a new stamp is required when you travel out.
I would appreciate, if any of you can answer this question either through their personal experience or their knowledge.
I recently got my H1b visa renewed(& transferred) for 3 years based on a previous I-140 approved from my earlier job. I would like to get my H1b visa stamping done either at Mexico or Canada based on the current validity(for 3 years) of my H1b approval. If after stamping, I change companies will I need to get a new stamping to reflect the new company on my passport? If I don't need to get a new stamping, then if I travel to my home country and then return to US, will it cause a problem at the border post if my H1b approval paper shows a different company than that on the passport? Your advice in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure about about the queston you asked here, but I was wondering you are EB-3(India) 2004, why is USCIS even reviewing your file ?
485 MTR acceptance letter is dated Dec 11, RFE is dated Jan 13, and FP notice date is aboout same(did my first ever FP last Friday). Could the MTR or FP have caused the review of my file? :confused:

I know about the "same or similar" clause in AC21. How many of you have got a RFE/Problems based on just this clause alone ?
Also, If you filed labor 3 years ago for software programmer, in 3 years, you could have become a system analyst, DBA or system Architect etc etc, So, how does "same or similar" matter here ?

Get a second opinion from another attorney. Pay a consult fee if you need to. I've had several experiences with attorneys giving me suspicious answers, answers that don't match up with what I've researched, and just plain wrong advice.
If your attorney continues to give you bad / wrong advice, don't be afraid to fire them and get a new one, even if you've paid your fees up front. Avoiding trouble with a bad attorney will be more than worth the price paid for getting a new attorney.

Is corp to corp a better option or should i ask my other XYZ company to file for my H1B?
Okay..Here is the deal..If you are on H1B currently and do NOT have any paystubs for longer than a month (usually), then you face the risk of getting an RFE from USCIS regarding your status.
This is YMMV meaning you may get it or you may not, nobody can say for sure...It all depends on how closely USCIS looks at your case.
If you have been on H1B status without paystubs longer than 183 calendar days, you have bigger problems. My recommendation in that case is to get a good attorney ASAP.
If you feel your case status so far does not have any major legal or immigration issues, my suggestion is to use the EAD to work and make sure you renew it on time and stay in AOS. The downside to that is if your spouse's 485 has any issues and gets denied, then you are immediately out of status. (If that happens, you probably have more to worry about than just your status)
As always, take the above with a pinch of salt and consult an attorney in moments of doubt...!
